Refund policy

We want you to love your ammolite. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. Because our pieces are natural and one-of-a-kind, please inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly with any concerns.

Non-returnable items

Custom, special-order, and gold-plated pieces are made to order and are considered final sale. Gift cards are non-returnable.

How to start a return

Please contact us with your order number to begin a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable, insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
