Processing time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Because each piece is handmade, some items may require additional time — we will let you know if there is any delay.

Shipping rates & delivery

Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs authority.

Lost or delayed packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will help track it down.
